About

I started in photography when I was just fourteen. I shoot in a photojournalistic, portraiture style. Photojournalistic means I work to capture the "moment”. Portraiture means that I focus on the people, faces, and expressions in those "moments”. This style adds a unique charm to photos that resemble a storybook rather than just a series of posed shots. I find the most meaningful images are those that are unexpected, creating a series of memories that capture the emotions and feelings of the day.

“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”
