A home wedding shot in the Portland Metro Area. The focus was on capturing those in attendance in the moment with portraiture-style shots with family and during the reception. Shots at the reception were especially challenging due to the lack of lighting and the venue chosen. However, the result was a series of intimate black-and-white shots that captured the emotions of the day.

Engagement photos at the top were shot by Jason Ridge. Focus was on capturing a series of images from around San Francisco while staying with the portraiture style of the moment.

Engagement photos towards the bottom were shot by Reaghan Ridge. Focus was on creating a stylized, somewhat blown out look to this special day and moment.

Capturing the moments as our pet companions grow keeps us connected to them as integral parts of our complete family. I enjoy working to capture the heart and personality of each pet I photograph. Some are more cooperative than others.
